  • Arrival Day

  • Daily Breakfast Buffet begins (Stars Ballroom, 0700–0830)

Wednesday, August 13

  • Wreath Laying Ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery
    Depart hotel: 0745 | Ceremony: 0915

  • Optional Sightseeing Visit in the afternoon

  • $25 per person

Thursday, August 14

  • Trip to National Museum of the Marine Corps & Memorial Service
    Depart hotel: 0900 | Return: 1645

  • $45 per person
  • Evening: Recon Banquet & Live Auction
  • Board of Directors Meeting 1800-2000 (Stars Ballroom)

Friday, August 15

  • Morning Memorial Service at Hotel: 0900

  • Committee Meetings: 1000–1200

  • Visit to Udvar-Hazy Air and Space Museum
    Depart hotel: 1200 | Return: 1645

  • Evening Committee Meetings: 1700–2100

Saturday, August 16

  • General Membership Meeting: 1000–1200

  • Ladies Luncheon Buffet: 1130–1300 (Stars Ballroom)

  • Farewell Reception & Dinner:
